Shipping and Returns Policy

We save the packaging from suppliers’ deliveries and upcycle it wherever possible to use when packing your orders; this sometimes doesn’t look as professional as we would like, but saves unnecessary wastage which is really important to us so we hope you understand.

All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours via Royal Mail; wherever possible within the Southend on Sea area, we will hand deliver.

Delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class, or Parcel Force for heavy orders.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

If you wish to return the product due to a defect, please contact us.  You will be responsible for paying postage costs when you return your product to us and you are required to use the original packaging.
