All the essential oils (especially Marjoram) in this moisture rich avocado cream are reputed to aid sleep naturally, so give yourself the best possible chance to wake up feeling refreshed from a really good sleep with the added benefit of great looking feet.

This cream is ideal for when you’re worn out but can’t sleep – we’ve all been there and annoyingly it’s often after the most exhausting day! One of our customers relies on it to ease her jet lag.

After your bed time bath, massage the cream into your clean, dry feet, not forgetting your ankles and lower legs; then pop on a pair of cotton socks and just relax.

For a pampering pedicure, why not treat yourself to a mini spa? Start by soaking your feet in a large bowl of warm water. I like to add a couple of tablespoons of Magnesium Flakes, available from most chemists and healthcare shops. Magnesium has long been known to aid relaxation (do read the instructions on the back of the bag before use). Give your nails a trim, gently ease back your cuticles and perhaps use a foot scrub. Then use a pumice stone on the rough parts of your heels. Dry your feet and apply cream as above.

Ingredients: aqua, carthamus tinctorius seed (thistle) oil, persea gratissima (avocado) oil, persea gratissima (avocado) butter, glycerin, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, cetyl alcohol, sodium stearoyl lactylate (emulsifier), phenoxyethanol & ethylhexylglycerin (preservative), glyceryl stearate (emulsifier), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) essential oil, origanum marjoram essential oil, vetiveria zizanoides root essential oil. essential oils contain citral, geraniol, farnesol, limonene & linalool.

Store at room temperature.

Due to the emollient nature of this cream, we recommend socks are worn after application to avoid slipping over or making bed sheets greasy.
